My Tablet doesn't show 4G?
- Make sure mobile data is turned on
- Check the Access Point Name (APN) settings show Pkp18-inet (note all other settings should be blank) make sure you select it after creating
- If the above options don't work try taking the SIMcard out of the devices and inserting it back in again (this refreshes the SIM)
- Ensure that data roaming is turned on
- If after the above points the issue is still persisting please remove the SIMcard and note the number on the sim beginning with 89 this will need to be provided to Chester operations team by emailing ipad@credico.uk.com
My Tablet doesn't have Maas360 installed?
- If you need Maas360 installing you'll need to obtain a QR code from Chester Operations Team.
- Send an email to ipad@credico.uk.com with this request and they will respond within 1hr (during working hours) if your request is urgent please call 01244573150 and ask for the tablet support team
The APP I need doesn't show on the tablet?
- Before escalating this issue, it could be that the app is in the "Play Store" or "App Catalogue" - you'll need to check both to see if the app you need is in here first.
- If the APP you need doesn't show, please raise this to Chester Operations Team via ipad@credico.uk.com the team will respond within 1hr (during working hours)
- Once the Chester Operations Team have actioned your request, the APP will show straight after distribution.

The APP keeps crashing on me what should I do?
- Go to the settings of the app if it allows you to and clear the cache and cookies
- If the above step doesn't allow you to do it. Go to tablet settings > apps > select the app > manage storage > clear all data. This will wipe the app of any existing data.
- If the problem persists reboot the tablet
- If after reboot the problem is still persistent please email ipad@credico.uk.com, the team will respond within 1hr (during working hours)
- It is likely that we will need to connect to your device via remote support, where we can then uninstall and reinstall apps as we see fit
